RETURN POLICY:

Exchange Regulations

1. Time for exchange: 3 days from date of receipt (for customers in Vietnam South), for international customers, the time is 7 days (from the date of receipt)

2. Receive order refunds when the product has an error from the production stage or the product is damaged Wrong model, damage during transportation, 2-way exchange shipping fee (if any) for customers to pay.

3. VINAVA BRIDAL does not agree to exchange goods in the following cases:

– Orders are designed not according to available templates but custom-sized at will client.

– Exceeded the specified time.

– No more purchase receipts.

– There are no longer labels or tags attached to the product.

– The product is used or does not have 100% original materials (scratched scratches, torn fabric, dirty… or washed…).

– Edited product.

– Request returns or refunds based on customer needs (no like it anymore, or it doesn’t fit,…)

4. Discounted or promotional products (if any) will not be supported

Return or modify products. However, if the customer requests, we will

Accept editing product details and customers will have to pay additional fees costs incurred.

* RETURN PROCESS:

Step 1: Notify VINAVA BRIDAL about the exchange-return issue within time regulations.

Step 2: Repackage the goods as original standards.

Step 3: Send goods to VINAVA company address
